Disheartening Experience with the Union

It's unsurprising that this profile is unclaimed. This union feels entirely like a façade. On-site representatives seem more interested in personal time than in improving conditions. The head office and area representatives often respond with indifference and falsehoods. It's hard to believe they can rest easy, likely living off membership fees without caring for the members. Their focus is solely on collecting dues, showing interest only to recruit more members. They ignore online criticism, blocking anyone who shares negative experiences, regardless of their truthfulness.

Unbelievably Disappointing Union Experience

It's no wonder this profile is unclaimed. This union is nothing short of a sham. The on-site representatives seem more focused on enjoying time off than on enhancing workplace standards. Those at the head office and area representatives dismiss concerns with lies and apathy. How can they sleep at night? Probably comfortably, thanks to membership fees. Their only interest appears to be in collecting dues, as they show up just to recruit more members. They also ignore any criticism online, blocking anyone who shares a negative opinion, no matter how true.

Extremely Frustrating Experience

I should have checked reviews before investing in this service! The support provided is minimal—just 1%! It's absolutely appalling that they even operate like this.

Complete Lack of Support

This union offers no support whatsoever. Their representatives at the store level are incompetent and lack knowledge or guidance. Even reaching out to head office or regional offices yields indifference. Two representatives visited my store, but when I raised issues, they simply shrugged it off, saying it should be handled at the store level. I'm relieved to be leaving.

Unacceptable Treatment by Union Rep

I was reported to a shift manager over an incident that could have jeopardized my job, all by a union representative. I thought they were meant to assist in these situations, yet the same rep advises non-paying members as well. After 18 years, I'm done.

Severe Disappointment

After being with them for years, I was let down when the representative failed to attend an important meeting I needed them for. What a waste of money.

Slow Response Time

I reached out for advice and waited all day for a call, only to get one late in the evening when I was unavailable. I had to reschedule, and the delays continued. People have lives and can't always be waiting around for calls.

Terrible Initial Impression

The area representative was rude and overly aggressive during our induction. When I mentioned my part-time status and kids, she made a condescending remark that left me speechless. Her hostility escalated when I declined to sign up. I reported this behavior, but as expected, nothing changed. I can only imagine how they would treat you if you actually needed help.

Questionable Alliance with Retail Companies

It seems like there's a backdoor agreement with the retail companies. They allowed my employer to eliminate bonuses and overwork staff by making them train across multiple departments. Meanwhile, the CEO is pocketing millions in bonuses. How is this fair?

A Total Scam

This organization is perhaps the biggest fraud I've encountered. They provide no support or services. If you're a member, seriously consider canceling and finding a more trustworthy union. Save your money and your job!
