Wish i could leave no stars. Absolutely useless all they want to do is pass the buck. I filled in my application when i started a new job having previously been a member of this union. The area "rep" failed to submit my application. Not until i find myself in difficulty do i realise this. When i contact USDAW I'm told that it's my fault for not checking it is no fault of their representative. He is an area representative and in a year of working along side him he has never done any union work in his or any other part off the business. He has not recruited any new members or even take time to try and do so. I'm now glad i hadn't wasted my money as it would appear from their attitude getting your money is all they are interested in. Save your hard earned cash and find a real union, one that respects and supports it members.
