These people are a joke. My father is blind in one eye and can barely see out of the other and he has dementia. I tried to help him activate his new debit card and just because I was helping him give them information they told me to call social security and get them to put me on his information so I can activate the card. I'm the only one taking care of my father, no one else does and just because I have to help him they should comply with that. The GOVERNMENT IS A JOKE.
