After Christmas, I discovered that my card was being declined at local stores, which was quite inconvenient. While online transactions are still possible, I'm limited to just a few before my account gets locked for a day. I opened a new bank account and switched my direct deposit, receiving a new debit card promptly. However, when trying to transfer funds to my PayPal debit card, I faced an unknown limit. After a few small transfers, I was locked out again and incurred a fee, which was frustrating. When I contacted customer support to resolve the issue, I was required to send several documents to verify my account. I was informed it would take several days for someone to review my request and approve the fund transfer. This process has been incredibly frustrating.

It's important to note that this is not a traditional bank; it's a prepaid debit card without the ability to transfer funds into a bank account, lacking routing and account numbers.
