Absolutely the worst. We've been told our documents aren't trustworthy for over a year now, and if they don't hand over the replacement card this time we file a complaint/case with the Consumer Finance Protections Bureau. We've been hung up on twice, both times after hours-long waits. ALL wait times are at least an hour long, and almost always longer.. and one wait time will lead to another, in the same call.
When you read the thousands of Reddit posts saying to LEAVE their service as soon as you're able, believe them. If they haven't wrecked your fragile finances yet, take that as a sign to prioritize leaving NOW/TODAY, before they can, because apparently it's only a matter of time.
Honestly, I imagine this "bank" has literally ended some folk's lives, via disrupting their fixed-income limited finances.
