Tried to find out the status of a dispute over fraudulent charges.After three hours of being thrown into the queue over and over, calling back seven times and speaking with five different people, I have given up. I agree with the review that Loretta gave, there is something not right with Direct Express itself.I would not recommend this company to anyone. You should not have to tear your hair out trying to understand what has happened to your money that you have placed in their hands.Horrible phone system and inept customer service reps.
