This is the worst card ever for two months they have lied about my funds. I have called SS they have hung up on me routed me to the survey. They have told me they have nothing to do with this card all they do is click yes or no. How do you promote something to individuals and treat us like dogs? Money we have worked for and no one cares about your concerns. DON’T GET THIS CARD‼️ You can’t ever get anyone to answer & they are rude. Someone called from headquarters and she lied as well told me my funds will be deposited this month and they wasn’t. Direct Express told me I was enrolled 11/4/19 and today Jan 2/2020 SS tells me it’s an issue with the card. I just don’t know anymore!
