This company misrepresents itself as Claude (the AI made by Anthropic) to get people to sign up and pay. They are not affiliated with Anthropic or the real Claude AI in any way.
I was charged after signing up under the impression I was accessing the legitimate Claude service. When I requested a refund, they refused. This is deceptive and dishonest business practice.
If you’re looking for the real Claude AI, go directly to claude.ai. Do not pay this company.
I strongly urge anyone who has been charged to:
• Dispute the charge with your bank or credit card company
• Report them to the FTC at reportfraud.ftc.gov
• Report the impersonation to Anthropic at anthropic.com
