I signed up for a temporary £1 membership to present a one off presentation. A week later £29:99 had been taken from my account without prior warning or information about the monthly subscription they had set up. I have now cancelled my subscription but am still £29;99 out of pocket. The customer support are useless as I now can’t access any records of my account because it has been cancelled. Ok there was probably small print when I signed up for the temporary subscription but the lack of warning of the money was staggering. This company is a rip off! Be warned.

The way they communicate lures you into subscribing thinking you are accessing another ai service. It’s not 100% a scam but it’s made in a way to make you think you are on Claude or else, very shady.
I tried to cancel the paiement, I did unsubscribed, but the paiement for a quarter of the year is processed. 64.99 CAD gone 🤷‍♂️
Disappointing.

I made a profile, but did not subscribe or pay anything which this platforms requires to be used at all.

I don't want to have a profile on this platform, as I have zero trust in the platform so I sent a request to delete my profil via email, which was crazy making and felt like I was talking to a bot.

As you cannot delete your profile yourself, you have to ask them through email and even though they after sending +7 emails confirmed the deleting, I can see my profile is still there.

When I opened this website in my computer browser, I was searching for ChatGPT, but I accidentally entered use.ai instead. After asking a few questions on it, the page redirected me to a payment screen. I thought it was the payment for ChatGPT, so I paid via PayPal.
Later, I found that my ChatGPT app on my phone did not show a successful Plus subscription. That was when I realized I had been tricked.
If the website worked properly, I would not complain and would only blame myself for not checking carefully enough before paying. However, I paid for a 3‑month use.ai Plus plan, and after only three days of use, the payment page popped up again. I cannot continue using the service without paying again.
This is fraud!Furthermore, there is no way to find my account name, payment information, or billing section anywhere on this website.
use.ai is a completely fraudulent and unreliable website.

I have forgotten to cancel the subscription after their trial period which I understand that it is a non-refundable policy. However, when I cancel and they tell me I can use the "premium features" until the end of the billing cycle that I have PAID for. My daily limit is one prompt and the upgrade pop-up is being constantly spammed in my face just like with a free account.

I have no problem with using the service that I have paid for but this has proven this company is an outright SCAM. Also, the "David" in customer support email is an AI that gives out the same reply eventhough I switched the topic of the question like three times.

HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED AND DOWNRIGHT FRAUD

I politely asked for a refund, although I don't hope for it, and when I asked if I could use the subscription if I canceled it for another month, for which I paid against my will, they canceled my subscription without my permission.

I accidentally signed up for use.ai and so I tried to delete my account. There is no delete button in account settings and the "Get help" page is a joke. I emailed use.ai requesting immediate account deletion and received no response after one week.

I also found multiple analytics and advertising cookies (Google Ads, Facebook Pixel, Mixpanel, TikTok, Bing) being set on first visit without any cookie banner or consent mechanism. I have documented the cookies and contacted the Information Commissioner's Office for guidance and to report the lack of an account deletion option. This is unacceptable; users must be able to remove their accounts and data and know if they're being tracked.
