Firstly, they claim that they offer access to ChatGPT 4, which they don't. They claim that they are "powered by ChatGPT" which they aren't. Even ChatGPT will confirm this.Secondly, when you choose a payment plan, they say that a quarterly fee (for three months) is USD 44. However, they charge USD 107 for three months, instead of USD 44.When you try to cancel the payment subscription via their confirmation email, it's not cancelled. You must go to your PayPal or bank (depending on your payment method) and cancel the automatic renewal there. There's no contact form, or any support. When you ask their chatbot to send you the link for support or request submission, it gives you a link to a totally different AI seller (OpenAI.com - which is legitimate). Scam! Be warned!
