Frustrating experience with customer service

The customer service is solely managed by an AI agent that keeps asking the same questions without resolving the issue of my refund after an incorrect charge. I canceled my subscription within 24 hours of using the service, as clearly stated on the website (about €1.07 per day). However, €29.99 was charged to my account, which is both wrong and unacceptable. This unexpected charge has put me in a difficult situation: I need to call a company today before 17:00 for a freelance job interview. I have already completed five assessments for this role, and due to this charge, I might lose this opportunity because my phone line is blocked. This problem arose directly from the erroneous billing. I am urgently requesting that the refund be processed today. I have sent the required verification details over ten times to the automated agent, yet I keep receiving the same repetitive questions, causing further delays. Moreover, my card information was retained and charged even after I canceled the subscription. Keeping and charging card details post-cancellation is unusual and raises serious concerns. After informing the AI agent that I would report this to consumer protection, I received no further responses, and my card information remains stored. I will never use this service again; it feels like a scam.
