I attempted to cancel my subscription numerous times. When I finally reached someone, they requested 6 digits of my card number for a refund, which seems unusual for most companies. I expressed my discomfort with this request, noting they should already have my payment details, but received no response. After reaching out again, I was informed that their policy does not allow for refunds, even though I had requested cancellation months prior. Despite explaining my situation, there was no reply or exceptions made. They have unfairly taken two payments of £29 from my account without returning them, despite my earlier cancellation request. I don't typically write negative reviews, but I feel compelled to do so because of their lack of assistance and responsiveness, especially since I really need this money right now. I am quite upset, to be honest. If the service reaches out to resolve this issue, I would be willing to remove this review. If not, it will remain.
