I had a terrible experience with Use.AI and want to warn others. I was charged for a subscription, provided them with all the details they asked for — including payment screenshots — yet they claim they can’t locate my transaction and refuse to resolve the issue or refund me.
Customer support keeps asking for more information instead of taking responsibility or actually investigating properly. This has been frustrating, time-consuming, and extremely disappointing.
Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend being cautious before giving them your payment details. I hope they improve their support and transparency, because right now this feels completely unacceptable.
