YOU DIDN'T SUBMIT ANY REQUEST, THIS LOOKS LIKE A BOT REPLYING TO MY REVIEW
I cancelled my subscription during the trial and was still charged £30. This is unfair practice, and it's scary to see there's no customer support despite them claiming 24/7/365 support on their website. Their own bot doesn't know who they are because they use third party software. I will take all necessary action to get my money refunded. If it is refunded I will change my review. If not, I will keep going until I get refunded.
