@TRUSTPILOT You are enabling a large scale online scam by allowing the hundreds of AI generated positive reviews for this company to remain visible and unchecked.
Look at the negative reviews. Look at the copy and paste responses from Use.ai asking victims to contact them as their refund has already been approved. That message is the last any of us will hear from use.ai.
TRUSTPILOT needs to remove this company's positive reviews if they cannot be verified or else be subject to a class action law suit as an enabler to this crime.
