Stay away from Use.ai. My trial converted to a paid plan on 6th Feb, the money was taken from my bank, but I’m still being told my trial is expired. Support has been useless for two days, claiming they "can’t find my account" despite me sending proof of payment. Now they are asking for my card number digits via email. This feels very unprofessional and unsafe. Total waste of money.
