Borrowed a car-trailer. It got stuck to the car, the locking system was not working. When we called support they laughed at us and actually said i should use more power to take it off. Also, how was they to help us when they was so far away they said. It was so weird. It was like he was trying to be as silly as possible. It ended up with us having to remove the back end of the trailer and just keep the thing connected to the car. We have to go to a repairshop to get it of. Nobody has reached out to try to help us. It is actually kind of funny how horrible this went.
Delivery prosess took to much time. I had to take pictures, and app hung on delivery.Poor app brings the whole experience down.Edit: the reply does not make sense. They have software bugs in their app because trailers have to look good? I dont buy it. Poor coded app that make Delivery last for 10 minutes because of software bug is not related to the trailer
