Purchased brand new SL43 on 21 of July 2023 from Mercedes dealership, in 9 days nightmare started. Issues with engine, suspension and electrical issues as well, now it’s January 2024, engine flashed, suspension and electrical is still not sorted car is still at the dealership technician and he doesn’t know how to fix it. Out of 6 month my car has been at dealership for 5 months. And no one cares to help with cancellation of this purchase like it would be my fault that the car is made with multiple issues. If AMG would love to help and have your vehicle back that would be great! How can such a luxury company treat their customers this way!? Nightmare experience and still carry’s on!
