Took our car to Ipswich at 9.30 was told as per usual they would need it for a day, it’s a 2021 top of the range coupe, done very little miles and already the electric seat has stopped working, warranty work, got a call at 15.10 saying they would need a bit more time, I asked if there was a courtesy car or Ann electric demonstrator we could have as we may change our 2020 Tiguan soonWe got fed up and drove home 4.45 still no call back so I called them, the deputy manageress answered no apology just ranting about no courtesy car which we were not interested in now as we drove home, phoned us back again going on about the courtesy car! I asked what was happening about our car, eventually she told me a part had to be ordered and they would endeavour to get our car done by close of business tomorrow, shocking service will definitely never buy the next from this franchise
