Im happy with my car but I took out a service plan and I was advised I can change my direct debit date to when the payment is taken out so I called up to change the direct debit date spoke to the most unenthusiastic person who didn't seem bothered sounded like she hated being there and just said no we can't very rude I will go somewhere else where I get a better service, maybe they need to employ people who are passionate about their jobs absolutely disgusting I always buy new mercedes cars every 2 to 3 years won't be again based on that experience
