had a 220 estate from enterprise, that all the seatbelts locked. Enterprise AA put me through to Mercedes very quickly, but on hold for over an hour for a very patrionising man who showed no urgency - i was 2 hours away from where i was meant to be in a very unpleasant area with my phone about to die and no way to charge it (over an hour on hold will do this) being told expect a call back in 20 minutes and then potentially would take an hour to get to me. so 2 1/2 hour wait time for Mercedes to come and make the car road legal. Luckily Enterprise understood how bad this customer service was and sent someone to get me with a different car. luckily i have no plan to ever buy a mercedes and this made me understand that would always be the right decision. also to complain you have to phone again. which proves complaints wouldn't even be taken seriously because of the wait time.
