Second recall in 2 years for my sons car at Mercedes Watford Hertfordshire.Absolutely useless at replying when you call.This is Mercedes I thought they are suppose to be the Best.I waited 35 mins first call,next call 20 mins listening to some tinpot music that gives you a headache,can't they even make a clear recording.What an awful company.to deal with & I feel for others on here for the way they've been treated.
