The hand-back process left a very sour taste in my mouth. I have been a long standing MB customer with several leased vehicles and no problems. Then ... they have employed BCA to manage this who to my opinion invented faults on my car after picking it up. They want to charge extortionate amounts for simple scratches which we know cost them peanuts using the "smart" repair system. And, because they couldn't get their act together on picking up my car on time they charged me excess time on the lease. I will never lease from MB or from a company using BCA ever again.
