Mercedes Benz service is the worst I have seen in my so many years. The Mercedes me app never connects. I badly needed to start the car remotely before dropping my son to school on the cold days. The app didn’t work even once and constantly I got the message “Try again”. Contacting customer service did t help either. Even after 3 months Mercedes is not helping resolve this issue. It looks like Mercedes hardly cares for its customers even after charging premium. I never had any issue with Lexus and feel frustrated with it’s lackluster attitude to customer problems
