I would give zero stars if possible, for Mercedes Warrington, Mercedes UK and Mercedes financial services. Bought a new A Class in September 2018 and started experiencing problems with the satnav and mp3 connection. Car went in 3 times, the issue was never resolved, I was told there was an update expected, which kept getting put back. I first stated that I wanted to reject the car to be told it was working within 'agreed parameters'. Totally unhappy with the service I received, long story short, I took my complaint to the financial ombudsman and they found in my favour. The car has been collected today and put an end to 12 months fighting with Mercedes, totally shoddy way to deal with customers. I'll never buy another Mercedes as long as I live after the way I have been treated.
