Waited 4 weeks for my car to arrive with no explanation to why so long and also no apology when it did arrive. I was always the one chasing the dealership and you just feel like a monthly sale figure instead of a value customer visiting a ‘prestigious’ dealership. Upon this delayed and unprofessional service I decided to write to customer service to claim an explanation and some sort of good will gesture. They unfortunately didn’t provide any sort of reasonable customer service and claimed that a full tank of petrol was out of good will. This will be my 4th car and the past 3 has always been handed over with fuel. I will recommend not to use Mercedes and test drive and visit other dealership. I know I will be in the near future.
