I recently had my car serviced from Mercedes Brentford. I have been driving Mercs for over 30 years. Brentford have always been very poor in quality and the Service Manager is not helpful at all. He thinks he owns the company. I have had few issues on servicing and queried with them. Sent 2 emails but no replies. Mercedes as general have gone down and loosing the public trust. The prices gone up, and in servicing the charges have really shot up. There are many bad reviews against Mercedes.
