I tried to place an order for a new Mercedes GLA 250. I made an appointment with the Dealership in Watford the week before. I'd had my test drive and arranged an appointment for Friday 8th June at 2.30 to finalise the paperwork. When I arrived the salesman had gone out and none of his colleagues knew anything about it. I've heard nothing since no apology nothing. I phoned Customer Services this morning told the Assistant the saga. Her unexpected reply was "what would you like me to do about it? I can only assume that mercedes are selling so many cars in the UK that they are actively turning customers away. Needless to say I will not be ordering a new car from Mercedes mind you it would appear that is their new strategy treat potential customers with distain and hope they go elsewhere. Audi were amazing by the way.
