E220 blue Tech diesel 2010 w212. I drove it for 4 years and 60k miles.The water pump kept on leaking. I replaced the water pump every year. Mercedes E15 say they will have to check my car but if it not the pump then I have to get the work carried done by them. If it's not the pump then just charge your fee for checking and do not force me to carry out work with you. Really degrading service from Mercede. Some engines part needed replacement every year. Injector leak. Pump leak. Many more. I realised what had happened by the time I sold the car. Mercedes makes parts in a way where it fails after a few years so they make money from parts. In this case Mercede made the water pump so fragile that I had to change it every year or 10 000 miles ad it cost nearly £1000 to replace at Mercede but I went to a local specialist and had it done for 60% less. I changed pump initially directly with Mercede so it's not labour quality.To make money Mercede makes flimsy parts on purposely. But this time they made it so flimsy the part lasted 1 year.On top Mercede E15 sounded like telesales people, they do not want to fix It, they want me to carry out all my work at Mercede or they will not look at my car.
