Mercedes Benz Complaints LineI raised a complaint with Mercedes, my initial problem was not with Mercedes, in fact it was a third party lease company. I was seeking evidence from Mercedes to help support with my complaint. Initially I raised a complaint and felt that my first phone call was treated sincerely and I really felt that Mercedes were ready to help. The lady was courteous and could not apologise enough and assured me that this would be dealt with. Since then, I have had to continually chase Mercedes with nobody at any point contacting me back. Each time I call I get through to a different person who tells me different and conflicting information. I feel that this is very poor for a premium brand such as Mercedes. Nobody is clear or has an idea what is going off. Each time I am assured that somebody will contact me back but they never do. My issue is still unresolved. Very poor and very off putting.
