Mercedes When it comes to choosing a car, for me personally , I want the best of everything if I am honest, without beating about the bush, Mercedes Benz of York are right up there in the attention to detail in more ways than one.The car I wanted was found for me by my sales consultant Thomas Thompson, a young dynamic professional who knew exactly how to go that extra mile. in fact the whole team at Mercedes have been amazing from the very kind reception staff to the individual sales staff , all who have been fantastic.Everything I needed was found for me, any questions I had , even if I did not understand the modern technical car jargon, it was all sorted.Not once did I feel pushed in to anything but just genuinely kind efficient staff happy to help. Attention to detail and efficiency is very important to me in my own line of work, so it was lovely to find a company who understood what the customer wants without being pushy. Communication is the key and I have to say Mercedes are a class above the rest.I absolutely love my new car which is a white C Class Cabriolet with a premium package all the trimmings, along with a unique colour interior and roof which stands alone from any other car. I feel like a million dollars just sitting in it, driving my car is an experience in itself, smooth high class and extremely comfortable. I have to honestly say I am mega impressed with the car , the company and the staff, especially Thomas Thompson.Thank you very much for a first class service, I would definitely recommend Mercedes to others.
