I’ve waited five months for a response and the complaint handler Ben Spellman couldn’t have cared less. I got a lengthly email detailing their repeated errors, spoke to Ben and he said that he would refund me the amount unlawfully taken from my account but glazed over it as an act of “goodwill”. They are crooks. Inept, disinterested and wholly incapable of customer service. Do yourself a favour and avoid these clowns.
