Well after 8 years of paying for his car, car has been stolen and what Mercedes do absolutely nothing even though they said there is SIM card in car and they might be able to track down, but they leave my brother completely helpful.. All they care is when they trying to convince you to buy their car but after few years no one car.. Oh by the way he paid around 80k for his car in 2017 I will never buy Mercedes as customer service when it comes to problem like this is useless.My brother is too humble to complain that’s why I’m doing this
