Pathetic customer service...I have had such an bad experience with Mercedes garages. We took our car on multiple occassions in last five years to different garages i.e. Southport, Portsmouth, Winchester and it has overall been very disappointing and disatisfactory particularly at Southport, Merseyside . Manager of Southport branch seems to be precious and never comes on call or face to face and completely unreachable. They took almost three months to sort out the car and returned our car without mending, charged us incorrectly and never returned the money, despite chasing them 100's of times. We will never buy this brand again... What a shame !!.
