The service was very poor from the delivery company. It was supposed to arrive in 3 to 4 days, but I've been waiting for a week, constantly following up myself. The support team is unhelpful and the delivery staff were rude. The app claims my phone is ready for delivery, but it's still pending. I bought an expensive phone, and when I finally received it, it was not properly cleaned and had many fingerprints. After just 22 days, the phone is dead. I'm very disappointed, especially since I relied on it for my wedding day.
