If only a 0 rating were possible, I wouldn't even rate this brand with a single star. Like others have mentioned, I had a very similar experience. I saw the advertisement on social media and, thinking it was verified, assumed the brand was legitimate. I made a purchase on November 8th and waited 21 days before inquiring about my order, as the status had been 'preparing shipment' since then. There was no information about any delays. The immediate response to my email was to wait 24 to 48 hours for a reply due to high inquiry volume. I finally got a response on November 21st with a partial tracking number. I was told it was in transit and to wait 5 to 10 business days. When it arrived on December 9th, the shoes didn't fit at all. I promptly requested a refund, as they have a 14-day window for that. After two days, they offered store credit instead of a refund to my original payment method, citing changes in shipping regulations that were not mentioned on their website. The information provided was inaccurate and misleading. When I requested my money back, there was no response. It's been seven days since I emailed them for a return label and refund. I've had to report this brand as fraudulent to my bank. In conclusion: THIS COMPANY IS A TRAP DESIGNED TO TAKE MONEY FROM CUSTOMERS. DO NOT TRUST, DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING!
