Avoid purchasing from this Instagram boutique; it's a scam. I ordered a pair of boots on November 2, 2025, which was supposed to include a free item (a pair of tights). On November 18, I requested to cancel my order. Customer service did not respond until November 20, just hours after I received a notification that my order had shipped. I got the shipment on December 2 (without the free item) and asked how to return the item. The boots I received do not match what was advertised. This has been a very poor experience, and I'm left with a pair of boots I will never wear due to shipping costs and tariffs.
