I wish I could give this brand a zero rating. My experience mirrors what others have shared here. I saw an ad on social media and thought the brand was legitimate because it was verified. Unfortunately, I was mistaken. I made a purchase on November 8th and waited 21 days without any updates on my order, which had been marked as preparing for shipment. When I reached out, the response was to wait 24 to 48 hours due to high inquiry volumes. On November 21st, I received a partial tracking number, indicating my order was in transit and to expect it within 5 to 10 business days. It finally arrived on December 9th, but the shoes didn’t fit at all. On the same day, I requested a refund within the 14-day window. After two days, they only offered me store credit instead of a refund to my original payment method, citing changes in customs regulations as the reason for not providing free shipping, which contradicts what’s stated on their website. When I asked for a refund, I received no response. It's been 7 days since I requested a return label and refund, prompting me to report this brand as a potential fraud to my bank. Bottom line: THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM TO EXTRACT MONEY FROM CUSTOMERS. DO NOT TRUST THEM, DO NOT MAKE A PURCHASE!
