So I been using this site for over two years.. and never had a single issue I getting paid... UNTILL THESE LAST COUPLE OF MONTHS... I've completed two interviews and one for 5$ which I only got 3$ for... long story short on that... customer support went silent and the researcher definitely never replied... then I completed another one.. BUT THIS IS THE FRUSTRATING PART... the deadline was supposed to be April 10th... so the 11th came and I got a email saying the deadline for the survey I completed has been changed for the 12th... I'm like ok no big deal... next day on the 13.. around the same time I got another email sayin the deadline been changed to the 14th.. now this is when got annoyed and reached out to the researcher and user interview support.. which I don't know why because like always no answer or little effort to fix the problem.. but as I was sayin.. the dead line changed to the 15th and today I got a email saying the deadline changed to tomorrow.... I'm so over the bs... word of advice.. DO NOT MESS WITG UNMODERATED SURVEYS OR INTERVIEWS... if I don't get my money within two more weeks(and that's me being nice) then we gunna have some problems
