This delivery service is incredibly incompetent. I still do not have my package. Customer service is nonexistent, and I received conflicting package statuses from automated responses. One day, it said my package was out for delivery, then I was told it was delayed due to 'time constraints.' When I finally reached out to an automated service to track my package six days after it was supposedly shipped, I was told it hadn’t even arrived at their delivery warehouse yet. It was stuck at a sort center since the date it was scanned. I have no idea where this delivery warehouse is or why my package is just sitting there. I’m canceling my order due to non-delivery and will dispute the charges with my bank.
