Delivery person caused damage to my vehicle

The delivery person walked between my cars and scratched the paint with her jacket because she chose not to walk around my vehicles. This service and its representatives have been very disappointing. I request that no more delivery personnel like this be sent to my home.

The most disappointing delivery service

I’m deeply frustrated with this delivery service. My order was delayed, with no updates or explanations from the company, showing a clear lack of urgency. The tracking info was either incorrect or completely unhelpful, and when I reached out to customer support, I faced long wait times and unhelpful replies. Additionally, the delivery driver ignored my instructions, leaving the package in an unsafe place. For a service meant to be convenient and dependable, this experience was entirely the opposite. I will definitely reconsider using this service in the future, and I hope they work on improving their communication, professionalism, and overall customer experience.

Incompetent delivery service

This delivery service is incredibly incompetent. I still do not have my package. Customer service is nonexistent, and I received conflicting package statuses from automated responses. One day, it said my package was out for delivery, then I was told it was delayed due to 'time constraints.' When I finally reached out to an automated service to track my package six days after it was supposedly shipped, I was told it hadn’t even arrived at their delivery warehouse yet. It was stuck at a sort center since the date it was scanned. I have no idea where this delivery warehouse is or why my package is just sitting there. I’m canceling my order due to non-delivery and will dispute the charges with my bank.

Concerning theft of shipments

There are individuals stealing shipments who work for this company. I have yet to receive a refund. I advise against purchasing anything from this platform, as your valuable items could be stolen.

Package stolen after delivery photo taken

The driver took a photo and my package was never delivered! When my family checked downstairs, there was nothing there. The driver either stole it or someone saw them deliver it and took it. This is a fraudulent service! I paid over $200 for sneakers!

Extremely dissatisfied with this service

-100 stars wouldn’t be enough for this scam of a business! I ordered on 10/18, and it’s now 11/1, and I am still waiting for my package to be received at the delivery warehouse.

If only negative stars were possible

If I could give negative stars, I would. This so-called logistics company is a complete scam. There’s no app, no phone number, and no real people to contact—just a useless bot. This shows how little they value people’s time and money. They employ dishonest individuals who lie about deliveries, mark packages as 'delivered' when they’re not, and steal from customers. They’ve made this a pattern. I’ve had successful purchases with other platforms until they switched to this service. I’ll never trust a package handled by them again.

Negligent delivery practices

The delivery driver was extremely careless, leaving my expensive package in a common area instead of my secure terrace, leading to its theft. This service has very low standards regarding their hiring practices. I strongly recommend avoiding this shipping company.
