My broker has been very attentive and responsive regarding my policy and coverage questions. I would rate her 5 out of 5 stars for her assistance in setting up my insurance. While my coverage was limited, it was affordable and met my needs as a single individual without employer-provided insurance. However, communication with the insurance directly was challenging due to difficulty understanding representatives. Overall, I was satisfied with the service provided.
