Bad Hiring Experience I was offered a position at US Health in February upon passing two insurance license exams. There was no offer letter extended, although I had asked the Hiring Manager Kelsey, more than once. In my second phone interview, I was told my exam fees would be reimbursed once completed. Do not make me laugh! Exams cost $92 each, there are a total of 4 to pass PLUS the $145 pre-licensing fee. I stayed in touch with Kelsey throughout my courses and once passed, no response! I reached out to the Regional Manager, Nicholas - no response? I paid nearly $600 out of pocket for a job offer and no returned calls, no reimbursement for licensing. Please don't make my mistake, avoid US Health at all costs they are exploiting job candidates.
