My name is Jan Klocker, and my date of birth is 05/11/2005. I was charged 169 USD for an ESTA application, even though the official fee is only 40 USD. At no point during the application process or at checkout was this amount disclosed, nor was it made clear that I was using a third-party service. The charge only became apparent once the payment had already been processed through my bank.I kindly request a full refund and the cancellation of this application, as I intend to complete the process myself. I am not willing to pay 169 USD for a service I believed I was handling directly. Please process this refund immediately, as this situation is unfair to any consumer and represents a significant overcharge for such a straightforward service
