My name is Christopher Sweeney and my date of birth is 07/06/1998. I was charged 169 dollars for an ESTA that costs 40 dollars. At no stage during the application process did it state the amount or at the checkout stage nor did I know I was using a third party service. It only stated the amount once it went through my bank after the money was taken. Please refund this as soon as possible and cancel the application as I will do this myself, I am not paying 169 dollars for something I thought I was doing myself considering I am inputting every detail and your company does nothing. Please honour this request immediately as this is not fair on any consumer. It is a complete overcharge of a very simple service.
