We received an apology and a promise of a refund.A day later we received $118 in our account.A little unsure whether we should trust that the authorization is valid.Update: I have now checked the ESTA registration on the official website: esta.cbp.dhs.gov (https:// and .gov are signs that you are on the official website of the US government) and it is confirmed that it is authorized.
