This was my second purchase from US jewerly Factory. I purchased a ring on deep discount clearance and it was shipped through UPS. UPS sent several emails with date and time of delivery. I had to be home to sign for package. the date and time passed with not delivery and when I tried to check with UPS THE TRACKING INFO had disappeared. I sent an email later that night to US Jewelry that I had not received the package and had not signed that I did. The next morning customer service called and apologized, stating the pick up UPS TRUCK in New York had been robbed and one of the items taken was my ring. They offered to make me another ring at the same price or refund my money. They just asked for 7 to 10 more days to get this done. They found me another stone which was a nicer and larger diamond and sent me details for approval. This ring arrived also by UPS [ Which was later then Ups told me] but the ring is perfect and I am very happy and pleased with the product and service from US Jewelry factory. Customer service is number one with them.
