I placed an order on December 4, 2025. After over a week of no movement, I followed up in mid-December and was told it would ship on December 16. It did not.
On January 5, I followed up again and was informed the shipment showed no movement and may never have been picked up by UPS. A new tracking number was issued.
The order was finally delivered on January 12, over a month after purchase and it was the wrong part.
From January through early February, I provided everything requested: photos of the received product, box labels, confirmation of the existing device, and clarification of the part that I needed. This resulted in repeated back-and-forth, contradictory responses, and no resolution.
The last correspondence on February 10, after requesting a refund, asking if the product was attempted to be installed. I replied and have since then, I have reached out multiple times via email and website chat with no response.
As of now:
The order is over two months old
The wrong item was delivered
No replacement ETA was given
No proactive follow-up occurred
Refund had to be requested due to lack of resolution
I already purchased what I needed from another company, the product already came, and it was already installed while still being stuck with US Lock Supply, as they don't respond.
This was a straightforward commercial hardware order handled with unacceptable delays and poor communication. If you need reliability, timely fulfillment, or post-purchase support, this experience raises serious concerns.
