I ordered a part for my medical decompression table and paid $142 for next day air because I had 20 patients scheduled for that table the next day and 30 patients the day after that. I placed and paid for order Wednesday afternoon and was told it would go out that day! Next dayI checked ups tracking and they said the package has not been picked up yet! I checked the next day after that and again ups said they have not picked up package yet! I called customer service and spoke to man named John. He was so rude that I asked for the name of his supervisor. He told he was the supervisor! He told me that they don’t know where my package is!!!!! If I had read reviews on this company I never would’ve used them. I was told by this John he would get back to me today. I’m still waiting!!!! I tried to call him twice and he won’t pickup the customer service line? I have now called my cc company to dispute the charges and I ordered the part from a different company 2 day express and I’m saving over $100!!!!! This is the worst customer experience I have ever witnessed in my 36 years in practice! Don’t use this company!
