Frustrating shipping delays

I was initially told my order would be shipped on multiple dates, but later learned there was an issue with the paperwork, which had already been sent. I've run out of sensors! Each time I call, I receive conflicting information and cannot speak with a supervisor. I plan to reach out to the Better Business Bureau, Medicare, and my insurance provider. I rely on two insulins and experience low blood sugar episodes frequently, yet they seem indifferent to my situation!

Extremely disappointing experience

After being referred to this service due to my original pharmacy closing, obtaining my supplies has been a nightmare. I've waited over two weeks, being transferred between departments with no accountability or clear answers. I keep hearing that my supplies have been 'processed,' yet no one can explain why there’s been no pickup. Promises of overnight shipping have resulted in nothing. This isn’t just an inconvenience — it's a serious health issue. Living without continuous monitoring feels like being in the dark. The stress and anxiety this has caused are completely unacceptable. This service is truly disappointing!

Frustrating experience with shipping delays

Constant issues with delivery

This service reached out to me about diabetes supplies, claiming I had filled out something online, which I did not. They never sent the supplies, leaving me without them for weeks. Each time I called, I received different answers about whether it had shipped or was still processing, but I never got tracking information. I spent hours on hold, being transferred, and ultimately was told they couldn't provide supplies for my meter, despite it being a popular model. I feel misled and frustrated by this situation.

Very frustrating experience

This has been incredibly frustrating. For weeks, I was told the doctor's prescription was incomplete, despite her having provided all the necessary information. After multiple attempts, we both decided to switch to another service that sent my equipment within days. Ongoing issues with supplies

My husband has been without his supplies for nearly two months. The service indicated they needed medical records from his doctor, which were sent but then deemed 'expired.' How can medical records expire? They require new records every six months, but we were not informed until I started following up. I had to send the latest notes, but now they say it will take 24-28 hours to process. Their understanding of diabetes seems lacking, and their system is slow and ineffective. Their shipping information hasn’t been accurate either.

Issues with prescriptions

The service sent supplies for continuous glucose monitoring, but my physician prescribed the wrong amount. A new prescription was submitted, but when I called, I was told it hadn't been received. My physician's office sent it multiple times, yet I was told medical documentation was needed, even though I've used this service for years. At one point, I was told I wasn't in their system.

Incompetent service

This service has been incredibly incompetent. I’ve been ordering my supplies from them for about a decade, and I face issues every time I need to reorder. For the past three months, I've been trying to get a new order, but they claim it’s not covered by my insurance, despite it being covered for years. I even had my insurance company on the phone with them, but they hung up on us multiple times. I've been given the names of other companies for diabetic supplies so I no longer have to deal with them.
